Stop doing the work your customers don't pay for.

I build AI agents and automations that handle the busywork. They run every day, and you don't need any technical skills.

Where your time goes

Most of your week isn't the work clients pay you for. It's copying data between tools, chasing leads, answering the same email twice, and building reports nobody reads closely. None of that brings in money. I find that work and automate it, so you spend your hours on work that does.

Not a chatbot. A system that does the work.

A basic chatbot answers questions.

An agent reads what comes in, decides what to do, and does it: it updates your CRM, drafts the reply, files the invoice, and flags what needs you.

I build these to run in production. That means they log what they do, handle errors, and stop to ask a human when they're unsure. An automation that fails without telling anyone just gives you a new problem to find.

What I build

  • Agents that act on their own inside your email, CRM, calendar and docs.

  • Workflow automations that connect the tools you already pay for.

  • Fixed-step workflows with AI where it helps. The steps that must always happen the same way are plain code. AI only handles the parts that need judgment.

  • Content workflows. For example, give it a prompt and a document and get back a finished infographic kit.

Why I can build this

David Vartanian

I run my own business on these systems: more than 50 AI bots. I rebuilt a full AI-agent platform on my own, customizing Hermes to do everything the commercial app did. I built CLI tools that mix fixed steps with AI steps. I built a team of bots that runs product work from planning to release, where I step in only as the supervisor. I also built deep-research tooling, image and video generation in the cloud, and n8n workflows. Before that I built and led engineering teams in product companies, most recently at sennder.

How it works

  1. Call. You tell me what your customers pay you for and where your time goes.

  2. Pick one thing. We start with the automation that frees the most time or brings in the most money.

  3. Build and hand over. I build it, set it up, and show you how to run it. You don't have to change how you work, and there's no subscription to forget about.

FAQ

What should I automate with AI first?

The repetitive work that takes the most time and earns nothing. Usually that's lead follow-up, inbox triage, data entry between tools, or reporting.

Do I need technical skills?

No. I build it, set it up, and show you how to use it. You run it. You don't maintain code.

What's the difference between an AI agent and an automation?

An automation follows fixed steps. An agent can read, decide and act. Most good systems use both: fixed steps where things must be reliable, and AI where judgment is needed.

Which tools do you use?

n8n, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Claude and custom code. If you already use a tool, I start there.

What if my tools aren't on your list?

I learn them and do the work anyway.

How much does an AI automation cost?

It depends on how many steps it has, which tools it connects, and how much judgment the AI needs. The intro call is free, and after it I'll tell you what the first automation would cost.
